Mechanical Design

Using SolidWorks 3D modeling software, we can take your ideas from a hand sketch to a visible model for review. We offer you a realistic look at your idea before any parts are made.

3D Scanning & Reverse
Engineering

3D scanning allows us to bring real world objects into the 3D CAD modeling environment. From the scan, we can produce accurate CAD models of the entire assembly, specific parts--or use it as a base to model new creations from.

Fabrication

Our In-house welding, cutting and machining give you quick turn around on your project. We try to minimize outsourcing to keep your project on track. When we do outsource, only trusted businesses with a track record for quality & timely work are used.

Machining

We can machine most parts in house. Using either manual or CNC machines to make parts to your specifications. We utilize Mastercam Mill & Lathe software for CNC programming.
Prototyping

We can fabricate most anything. Building one-off concepts is our specialty. We streamline the process by going from idea to 3D CAD model to completed parts in-house.

If your project needs to be kept quiet, rest assured that only one or two sets of eyes are on your design. Not having a storefront identity and being located in a small town doesn't attract attention. We will readily sign non-disclosure agreements and can document our work to help keep your ideas your intellectual property.
